Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Karate-Soft is a pay-as-you go service with zero sign-up fees or locking contracts. You can switch plans or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing tab.
What happens if we exceed our plan’s student limit?
We will never block student attendance or check-ins during training hours. If you consistently exceed your active student headcount, we will send an alert suggesting an upgrade to the next tier for the following billing cycle.
How does the WhatsApp automation work?
The Growing Academy and Multi-Branch tiers include background WhatsApp dispatch. It routes reminders and fee PDF links securely. You do not need a custom paid WhatsApp Business API account to start.
Do you support data imports from our old software?
Yes, absolutely. We provide Excel and CSV database templates. For our Multi-Branch and Growing Academy customers, our customer success engineers will map, clean, and import your existing student records free of charge.
